Meet the Team
Executive Director
Jake Camp
Jake Camp is a North Carolina-born television producer whose career spans two decades of unscripted and food-focused media production. A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill's Hussman School of Journalism and Media, Jake built his career across New York and Los Angeles, working on productions for NBC, Food Network, E!, Lifetime, Magnolia Network, and PBS North Carolina, among others.
A decade-long collaboration with Ina Garten and Pacific Productions shaped his understanding of how excellence, empathy, and trust sustain creative work over time. That relationship culminated in a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Culinary Series for Be My Guest with Ina Garten in 2024.
Throughout his career, Jake kept returning to the same question: why did talented people in North Carolina have to leave to build creative careers? In 2023, an introduction to Project Space 411 and a walk through a vacant space on West 4th Street made the answer concrete. In June 2025, he became Executive Director, charged with turning Second Serving Studios from vision into reality.
Jake lives in Holly Springs, NC with his husband and their three children. He is completing an Executive MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Director of Operations
Paul Bercovitch
Paul Bercovitch is a two-time Emmy Award-winning supervising sound editor and dialogue editor with 24 years of experience in film and television. His credits include Game of Thrones, Wu-Tang: An American Saga, and Disenchantment, and his work has taken him across major Hollywood studio lots and into some of the most demanding post-production environments in the industry.
Paul brings to Project Space 411 a career built on precision, craft, and the kind of deep operational knowledge that only comes from decades inside professional production. As Director of Operations, he oversees the buildout and launch of Second Serving Studios, translating the organization's vision into the systems, workflows, and physical infrastructure that will make it real.
A graduate of Brown University, Paul is based in Winston-Salem, NC.
